Meet Your Provider
Chasity is a licensed family nurse practitioner with over 11 years of nursing experience. She began her nursing career as an LPN in 2012 working in the ER. She became a RN in 2016 and continued to work in ER settings. After graduating from Albany State University with her Masters in 2022, she began working as an urgent care FNP. She is passionate about giving her clients exceptional care and treatment.
Aside from professional work, Chasity enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and completing DIY remodeling projects and renovations.
Our Services
We offer vitamin IV therapy and injections personalized to each clients needs. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care that addresses all of our patients' health needs and wellness goals.
We also offer medical weight loss injections (Semaglutide) given weekly and a variety of other injections for pain and inflammation. Check out our services below!
